Fashion Bug was honored for their Social service efforts and the CSR initiatives rendered to the society at a ceremony held at Presidential Secretariat's Office on 4th October 2016.

An appreciation Award was presented to Fashion Bug for their service to build a better tomorrow. The award was presented by His Excellency President Maithripala Sirisena at a ceremony organized by Consumer Action Network Mental Health Lanka (CANMH Sri Lanka) to mark the World Mental Health day which is held annually in commemoration of World Mental Health Day (10 October) which is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy.

The Prestigious Award was received by Fashion Bug - Director Mr. Shabier Subain and Deputy General Manager Dr.S.H.M Faraaz. His Excellency President Maithripala Siresena Thanked Fashion bug for their tireless efforts to uplift the living standards of needy and supporting the community.

Speaking to the media Mr. Shabier Subain expressed his heartfelt gratitude to H.E The President and CANMH for recognizing the efforts done by Fashion Bug to build a better Sri Lanka. We Thank All our fans, Customers, Suppliers and Staff who were with us during the last 22 years and helped us achieve this milestone said Dr. S H M Faraaz .
